I received my parent’s visas yesterday! Thank you very much for your excellent legal services. I had used two other lawyers before, none of them can be compared to you. I was lucky that I was referred to you. You always replied to my email quickly and always worked on the details to an extend that I never thought about before. Being able to bring my parents to Canada means a lot to me. I really thank you from the bottom of my heart.
Wish you all the best!
I would like to take this opportunity to extend my heartful gratitude to all the staff at Bellissimo Law Group for all the support I received during the process of my refugee claim.
Dear Jennifer Pollock,
I can’t thank you enough for the hard work and commitment you have done for me. You put in so much effort, you made me feel strong knowing that I had a force behind me. I cannot tell you how pleased I am that my case finally concluded after three months of struggle.
Dear Jennifer Pollock, once again warmest thanks for all of your hard work and outstanding contribution as my lawyer. I know how much time and energy this process demanded and I am deeply appreciative of all your efforts to make it a great success. To be honest you have been a true professional and an absolute pleasure to work with.
I would not hesitate in recommending Bellissimo Law Group to friends and family in the future should they require your assistance.
Many thanks with best wishes

Dear Mr. Bellissimo,
I’m thrilled to have this opportunity to express my gratitude for all you have done for my family. After many years of unprofessional “lawyers” I had to leave Canada and start immigration process from the very beginning. At the end I submitted my Federal Skilled Worker application on my own and it was rejected.
I came across your law firm and despite that my situation was not easy, you took over my case and shed the last touch of hope that I will someday go back to the loveliest country in the world.
Today I received Permanent Residence Visas for my family and me. I truly thank God for the outstanding services that Bellissimo Law Group provided us, which is why they are known as the best in immigration in Canada.
I am also deeply grateful for having Ms. Keely Anderson as the director of my case. Her high level of professionalism, honesty, generosity helped us to find the strength in my situation and get a positive decision. During this whole process she was on top of the situation, submitted all necessary documents on time, and provided me with the best advice. It was a real pleasure to deal with Keely.
I would admit that I don’t know what we’d do without you, you’re simply the only immigration lawyer we trust and I look forward to using your outstanding services for future immigration needs.
- Nadiya Andreychuk
In 2012 I applied twice for an LMO through two different lawyers, both times it got rejected after paying such high fees.
Then I went to Bellissimo Law Group, they checked each and every detail of my case so there would be no loop holes left in my case.
In 40 days I got my approved LMO. They charged me $1000 less compare to the other lawyers and they did double the hard work.
My special thanks to Brankica, she did an excellent job.
All I can say is Bellisimo Law Group is the best.
- Kuldeep Blaser
We heard that to get visa to Canada was very challenging, but didn’t expect to face multiple refusals for my mother–in-law and my sister-in-law
We were shocked! My 2 kids were very upset that they couldn’t see their grandmother and their aunt.
In September 2012 we were referred to Bellissimo Law Group as professionals in immigration law.
We worked with Michelle Boeriu and Brankica Jakovlevski. They worked very professionally! They paid lots of attention to the details and were very organized!
By Christmas 2012 we received great news from the Consulate! My mother-in-law and my sister-in-law got their visas! We were very happy!
Thank God and thank you so much to Michelle and Brankica and the whole team at Bellissimo Law Group!
We would definitely recommend Bellissimo Law Group to anyone with immigration issues.
- Andrey Rybakov
The process to sponsor my mother and younger brother to Canada began in May 2006. Dec. 2011 the Canadian Embassy in Beijing informed us that the visas could be declined on the basis of my mother’s medical assessment. During the immigration process, my mother had been diagnosed with an early stage lung cancer.
In January 2012, we were referred to Bellisimo Law Group for assistance with an Embassy request for submission of reasons and evidence to show that my mother and brother do not represent a burden to the Canadian medical system. Bellissimo Law Group submitted a medical case supporting the issue of the permanent resident visas and after numerous tests and documents, my mother and brother received their permanent resident visas.
Bellisimo Law Group and our Case Director Keely Anderson handled the medical submission on our behalf perfectly. Our case was handled professionally and with the best result. We are very grateful to Bellisimo Law Group.

In 2011 I applied for humanitarian and compassionate grounds. With the experience, dedication, and hard work from Bellissimo Law Group my application has been approved. I am very thankful to Mr. Bellissmo and his office staff members for their immense help they gave me to gain such happiness. They are the best immigration law office you can count on. Thank you all. God bless. Happy Holidays to you all.

Dear all at Bellissimo Law Group,
Canada has been a longed for dream for many years, actually since the 1980s.
When it was time to apply for permanent residence in Canada, & although at the government site they say you don’t need to have a lawyer or a representative, I felt I wanted to be sure that all would go fine and on the right track with the assisstance of professional help. After search for trustable lawyers on the internet, I found the Bellissimo Law Group among others. Our choice then was on the Bellissimo Law Group & our choice was a blessing.
We found all the expertise, the up to date knowledge & information, the professional & personal support in the times of great worries. I could say that in all of there sure to be a busy schedule & good number of clients, we didn’t feel we were just a number, but we were people opting for a new good future & treated by professional people who cared. They were of God’s hands working on our case till the end.
Their covering letter accompanying our application, touched me personally as they explained & talked about our case as if it were me writing which means they have fully understood & absorbed everything our case.
We now got our passports back with the visas on with God’s Grace & the help of the Bellissimo Law Group & can’t thank them enough.
I thank Mr. Mario Bellissimo who was very welcoming during our interview call & his honest, sincere & very up to date professional advice on our case.
My special thanks to Michelle & to Brankica for their help & support all this time till their letters of congratulations. I’m deeply touched. The personal connection developed from my part to them is beyond words.
Bellissimo Law Group, please accept our deepest thanks & our best regards,
Bellissimo Law Group, I wish you all the best.
Thank you all,
- Ragia Hetata
I just wanted to say that both Crystal and I are very pleased with the service provided by Bellissimo Law Group. I found everyone there to be helpful with our needs and concerns. We could not have gone through this without their help in preparing our application. Though it seemed that things were going to have a set back it worked out better in the end. The service and advise provided were nothing more than professional and A+++. Having them involved kept a big part of the weight off our shoulders and now that its complete an even bigger one has been lifted.
Thanks again for all your hard work and dedication to our case. We highly recommend your firm to anyone who requires and wishes for the same A+++ service we got.
-Ryan and Crystal
Dear Mr. Bellissimo: I am very excited to report to you that my husband has finally received his visa and will be immigrating from Turkey and coming to Canada in a few weeks. Thank you so much for the efforts you and your team made to make this happen. I should have just used your services in the first place when submitting the application for immigration. I thought the process would be simple since it was an application under the family class act, we are married and have know each other for some time. As you know I was shocked when we learned that the application was rejected. I am glad that my friend recommended your firm to me to fix the mess. I appreciate the time you took to explain the appeal process. I did not feel like you were a pushy sales person just out to make a quick buck. I appreciated that that you gave me the straight facts and without making empty promises, you said what you were going to do and did everything as promised. The attention to details, how the team organized the information, and regular communication was impressive. I also felt comfort in knowing that I could email you with questions or concerns, your team answered my questions and you did not charge me an extra fee for each minute of correspondence. All in all, job well done ! Thank you. -Barbara Grumme
I would like to take this opportunity to thank Bellissimo Law Group on behalf of all our family! My brother submitted a sponsorship application for our parents and myself, as their dependent child. Unfortunately, our father had a stroke just before his medical examination and the immigration officer notified us that it seemed our father was inadmissible based on his medical condition. We decided to contact Bellissimo Law Group even prior to receiving an official refusal letter, and now looking back we are very happy we did. Bellissimo Law Group agreed to take our case, and during our meeting with Mr. Bellissimo, he impressed us a lot. All of the documents they requested were necessary and absolutely essential for building a strong case for us, which Bellissimo Law Group did in fact do. We had a chance to review the completed work and the final report they sent to the immigration department and we are truly amazed by their professionalism and integrity in handling our case. I was quite sure that there is no way the immigration officers could dispute that, as the case Bellissimo Law Group built was very fact and evidence based. I was right, within one month, we received a sponsorship approval. The work that Mr. Bellissimo and his team have done is truly remarkable! Bellissimo Law Group – Thank you very much! – Alexander Basin and the rest of the Basin family.
“I would like to thank Mr. Bellissimo and Ms. Zahra Kaderali with all my heart for helping me in my case of misrepresentation. After a long battle I won my appeal and got a peaceful life in Canada. When everyone was telling me that I had no hope to stay in Canada, I found Bellissimo Law Group. After evaluating my case, Mr. Bellissimo gave me some rays of hope and he and Ms. Kaderali put all their efforts to collect all important material which was really helpful for my case. My ex wife complained to the immigration authorities that married her just for immigration when really it was a genuine relationship. After facing hearings and getting negative decisions with another lawyer I was really disturbed because now this is not just my life that was at stake but also my present wife’s life. Finally after three days of hearings, incredible preparation, excellent arguments from Mr. Bellissimo I got justice. They approved my appeal. I got justice. My wife, myself and our parents cannot express our gratitude in words because all words are small in front of Mr. Bellissimo and his team.” -S. Grewal
“I would like to thank with all my heart THE BELLISSIMO LAW GROUP for helping me in my application for permanent resident here in Canada. Hi, We want to thank Bellissimo Law Group for your hard work and your guidance. We got all information step by step in whole procedure. Viola worked very hard on my case. Thank you Viola for everything you did for me. We would happily recommend your firm to anyone who is in need of good Immigration Lawyer. Me and my husband we feel lucky to have you. “I was sponsoring my family and initially was handling the case myself. At some point due to medical results and some miscommunication with Immigration our case was abruptly closed without any notification. Realizing that situation was beyond my control I decided to look for some help. Since a medical issue was involved I looked particularly for people who deal with such cases. I made some research and that’s how I learned about “Bellissimo Law Group”. As they started working on my case it was reopened in no time due to their efforts.
Keely Anderson was assigned on the case. From that point to the very end everything was easy for me as the case was handled very well by Keely Anderson and her assistant. The case was successful and my family was issued visas. It’s the best testament to their work and professionalism.”
“I just want to thank Bellissimo Law Group for your hard work and guidance you provided me on every step of the whole procedure. I feel lucky myself to have you guys as my councilors. The whole process took only 5 months which is much earlier than what I was expecting. I found your service dependable and friendly.
You guys really turned Mr. Bellissimo’s words into reality, what he said in our first meeting that the ADR result would be in our favour.
Thank you Viola and Zahra for everything you did for me. I would happily recommend your firm to anyone who is in need of good Immigration Lawyer.”
- Khurram Qaseem
“I would like to say thanks to BLG. My case workers were the best at their jobs. Viola worked on my case just like it was her own friend that was in need of help. I love how caring and knowledgeable she and all the others were about the case and how to solve it. I am very happy with the work they have done and I really appreciate all the hard work they put in so my husband and I could unite. Everyone in the office is very friendly. They really hear you out and do their best to help you with your problems. I am always going to consider them if I ever need help again. My case was a successful one and I am a very happy client! Mr. Bellissimo, you are number one!!!!”
Dear Mr. Bellissimo,
Just a note to express my most sincere appreciation for all of the co-operation and support both you and your associates provided me with during a very difficult time in my life. Your professional assistance in helping me obtain my landed immigrant status is certainly a turning point in my life!
I now have the possibility to enjoy my retirement alongside my family and look forward to many happy and memorable years ahead. Thank you so very much!
“After a couple of years of waiting for our sponsorship application to go through, our family was devastated after finding out that my mother was not admitted to Canada due to a newly diagnosed medical condition. We were told that we could appeal this decision based on compassionate grounds, however we had no idea where to even start. Which is when we turned to Bellissimo Law Group for help. Keely Anderson was assigned to our case, and she was absolutely wonderful to work with. We felt discouraged after realizing just how many medical, legal and financial documents were needed, from my mother and also from us. However Keely kept pushing for what was needed, even when we didn’t really understand the reasons. From our perspective, some documents were irrelevant, and without Keely’s persistence, who knows what the outcome would have been. The whole process took a few months, but because of Keely’s knowledge, patience and persistence, my mother now has her permanent residence visa and is scheduled to arrive in Canada in just over a month. This is a very exciting time for us and I just wanted to thank all of you involved in our case for helping to reunite our family!” – Otilia & Victor Strateanu
“We had filed for an application to sponsor our parents. Due to my father’s illness our application was denied by the immigration authorities. My wife and myself felt lost and didn’t know what to do and who to turn to until we came across Mr. Bellissimo’s regular consulting column in the newspaper. We decided to contact him.
We were very impressed with BLG’s professionalism. Keely Anderson, who was assigned to our case, was extremely knowledgeable and very forthcoming in answering all of our questions. She kept us updated all along the way, which was very important for us, and made us feel in control of the situation. Because of their attention to detail and thoroughness, our sponsorship application was approved.
We highly recommend Bellissimo Law Group to those who are in need for a certified qualified professional immigration lawyer.”
- Alexander and Alla Basin.
“I would like to thank Viola, Mario and the rest of Bellissimo Law Group for all the time and effort they put to help us to get Permanent Residency here in Canada. We came so close to having to leave but luckily our Humanitarian and Compassionate application was approved in time. Today is a New Day for me and my whole family. The fruit of our hard work is here and we’re enjoying this moment. I wish I could express how happy I am and how thankful I am to Bellissimo Law Group but I am still in shock and I can’t believe we reached this far. Thank you so much! We hope you help more people with your very noble job. More power!”
“My husband and I could not have asked for better representation or service while applying for his permanent resident status. The worker assigned to our case, Viola, was extremely knowledgeable, was able to answer all of our questions without hesitation and made us feel at ease during the long and stressful application process. We were never rushed during our meetings at the office and Viola always ensured that she had explained the significance of each document before it was signed. With their attention to detail and thoroughness, my husband’s application was processed within 3 months, even though the Canadian Embassy had originally estimated 6-12 months. We are now able to spend our 1 year anniversary together! I highly recommend Bellissimo Law Group to anyone who is in need of an immigration lawyer.”
- Janna Belcourt
“I have no words how to thank Mr. Bellissimo and his associates who helped us in a critical situation. I wish your law firm ever success and will pray for the welfare of everyone associated to your company.
Thanks & Best Wishes,” – Ahmed Kamal
“My partner and I moved to Canada in 2006 with a professional job and the intent to immigrate; as same-sex partners of US and European nationality, we were extremely limited in the nations that would accept us as a family. With an almost perfect score on the Points, a professional job in hand, and skills in a shortage industry we took it for granted that approval of our permanent residency application would be proforma. Unfortunately the medical exam led to a conclusion of medical inadmissibility based on cost; we faced being evicted from Canada and forced to separate after nearly 20 years together.
We were referred to Mario, met with him and proceeded down a far-from-certain path towards a Temporary Residency with possibility of something better in the future. As we developed our submittal it became more and more apparent that the initial ruling was ill-considered and that we had a valid case for PR. Working with us, Mario and Keely assembled an extremely strong PR application refuting the medical assessment and demonstrating our financial and professional contribution to our Province and to Canada. In September 2010 we were approved for permanent residency with no further question or process.
We had no “Plan B’ for staying together if Canada had rejected us. Mario and Keely gave us our life back and we are now planning a long and happy future in Canada.”
“I and my family got approved for permanent residency under Canadian Experience Class. We are extremely satisfied with the high quality service provided by Mr. Bellissimo and his team mates.
We could highly recommend the new applicants to utilize Mr. Bellissimo’s service to get the best result for each hard earned money you spend.” – John, Varghese and Family
I would like to thank you for your lesson in the Immigration Practitioner Class-2010 session. Particularly, I would like to say that you gave us more than we hoped for: you successfully covered all the module 6 materials; you shared your professional practice experience with us and you generously shared useful practice tips with us. In one word, you’ve prepared us for the profession. No more undue anxiety or myths about the profession. The only thing left is to find a job. Thank you for your patience with us and for your great leadership skills-you spoke to us with love and respect in all circumstances. Knowing you and being your student was a big blessing to all of us.” -Leonard Nweze
“Mr. Bellissimo, Ms. Keely, I want to express my heartfelt thanks for all your help. I am grateful for your diligence and your patience. A positive result was made possible through your sharp insight into the relevant laws and the board’s decisions in the past on similar matters. I was impressed by your ability to discern the details and present key facts. I highly appreciate your commitment to prepare me and my father for the appeal hearing. My family is truly grateful.” -Shahid
“Dear Mr Bellissimo, maybe you remember us. We had a telephone consulting from you sometimes last year. We are here on a work permit and our PR was still pending, when my wife got cancer. In the meantime she had a surgery and treatment in Switzerland (in Canada she may not have survived!!) and we had to send in twice an update on the medical report. The last one was that good, that we finally got granted the PR for the whole family. We just wanted to update you and thank you for the advice you gave us at the time. We are very happy that we could handle everything so smooth and will definitely recommend you to other immigrants should we hear about a similar case.” -F. Luebke
“I would like to thank you all so much. Yesterday I went to the meeting and everything was ok. They issued me the confirmation of permanent residence. It’s a real fact that with out your team’s efforts for an humanitarian case update I wouldn’t be here in Canada now. Becoming a permanent resident in Canada is the best gift I’ve ever had in my life. I love Canada and think no other place to live. I’m so thankful to you all and Canada too. I would like to thank to Mr. Bellissimo for winning my case. In my eyes he is the best immigration lawyer in the world. I’m so thankful to Michelle that she understood my family and our situation very well and urged us to get help. I would like to thank to Feiya that she handled the phone calls for my passport cleverly. Keely, and I would like to thank you for bringing this success. You’re role on this success was the greatest I believe. Therefore Keely I’m so thankful for everything you have done for me. I’m so happy to be accepted and living in Canada. How much I thank for this is not enough. All the best wishes for you and your team.” -Emrah Kocadag
“We came to Canada thinking that becoming permanent residents was almost impossible under our circumstances. Staff and lawyers of Bellissimo Law Group provided us with an outstanding support from the first moment we established contact with them until we finally became permanent residents, which is literally a miracle. The level of professionalism demonstrated by the firm is second to none. We were given legal advice bearing in mind that we are people of a certain age. Empathy was always part of the way in which our case was approached. We would recommend this firm to anybody who needs legal support tailored to the individual case no matter how complex that case might be. Thank you for everything you have done for us and we sincerely say this from the bottom of our hearts.” -Elisabeta & Dashamir Hajderi
“I came to Canada on a Student Visa in order to obtain my Masters of Law degree. I got a job as soon as I graduated from the University. I initially had no intentions of staying in Canada, but life and work were so great. I love living in this city! I thought about becoming a permanent resident, so I looked for a lawyer and came across an article published by Mario Bellissimo. I liked it so I contacted his law firm. As a lawyer myself, I realized that I was dealing with professional lawyers and staff. They helped me through the whole process and at all times I felt they were there for me. I finally got my passport back with my permanent residency visa. I just need to make a small trip out of Canada to re-enter again as a landed immigrant. No more work permit renewals! I am so happy and so grateful. Congratulations to such a marvellous team!” -Alexandra Alvarado-Bowen, LL.B, LL.M
“When I came to Canada in the year 2000, I thought that immigration will not be a problem for me and wont take much time to get. Well, what I have realized now is that immigration is one of the hardest things which I had to go through in life. I spent a lot of money on different lawyers, which have all failed application after application. I also realized how important it is to hire a lawyer who will be prepared when the hearing date comes up and who will actually put up a fight for their client. I am very thankful to you for helping so much with my case and my sons, when we were on the brink of being deported and when our chances of staying in Canada were very slight, your advice and work were critical in getting us to stay while our application was processed. Your work exceeded my expectations and it also by far exceeds the work that was done by my previous legal representatives. I have finally got my permanent resident status in November of 2009. It is now 2010. And after 10 years the only thing I am finally waiting for now, is my permanent resident card to arrive in the mail. I see how important it is to be properly represented. I wish I would have came to you earlier, I am sure this would not have been so agonizing if you were representing me from the beginning. I would like to thank you again and will always recommend your services.” -Alla Nezhivenko
“We received a letter on Friday 26th 2010 from immigration – Buffalo stating that our application for permanent residence in Canada is now complete and that we must now send our passports to them. We would just like to thank you and all your staff for all that you have done for us in getting our PERMANENT RESIDENCY.” -S Van Leeuwen
“While searching in The Law Society of Upper Canada website, I found a link to your website and saw a video about you. I realized how much I miss our classes and your lectures. You have many talents and inspiring others is one of them. Thank you” -Svetlana Lazareva
“Due to a criminal conviction some years ago, I found myself ineligible to enter Canada to take up a new job. Mario Bellissimo and his team ably and efficiently helped myself and my partner to prepare an application for temporary residency in Canada, as well as applications for work permits, a process that was significantly more complex than we initially expected. The expertise and knowledge of Mr. Bellissimo proved invaluable to our case, as did his ability to intervene directly on our behalf with CIC staff and offices. As a result of the hard work of Mr. Bellissimo and his staff, we were granted permission to enter and work in Canada, and have since both taken up exciting new positions here in Canada. We were extremely pleased with the service we received from all at Ormston, Bellissimo, Rotenberg.” -Dr. Ian Ross, Victoria, B.C
“My husband was being deported and they told us we had only two weeks to stop the deportation. Ormston Bellissimo Rotenberg stopped the deportation and we are very happy and grateful.” -Claudia Nuila
“Dear Mr. Bellissimo, Thank you very much for helping us to finally become permanent residents of Canada” -The Williams Family
We struggled for 4 years to become permanent residents in Canada and literally went from lawyer to lawyer without success. We were at the end of our tether when we were referred to Mr.Bellissimo – we were landed 20 days after a telephone consultation with him. Unbelievable. We were very impressed with the professional, efficient service and remain extremely grateful for a job well done.” -Fouch and Wilna Williams.
“Cheryl and I were very pleased with your representation in our alternate dispute resolution with a Refugee and Immigration Canada official. Your responses were prompt and follow up was excellent. Preparation meetings with you prior to meeting with the Refugee and Immigration Canada official who would render a decision in our case were excellent. You did an excellent job of preparing the volumous documentation that we supplied for submission. The file was well organized and that played an important part in the success of our case. Thorough and extensive preparation was important to a successful resolution that has cleared the way for Cheryl to join me in our Canadian home. Thank you” -Oliver and Cheryl
“I met my fiancee online through a website for single parents. She is from Colombia. I thought that it would be a fairly simple matter to get her to visit Canada. I was wrong. After 3 months of dating online I applied for a visitor visa for her to come to Canada. I followed the instructions as they appear on the Canadian Immigration website. Her visa was refused. I could not believe it. It was at that point that I asked a friend, who worked in the legal publishing field, to recommend an immigration lawyer. Mario Bellissimo was highly recommended for his thorough knowledge and no-nonsense approach. The world of immigration lawyers is quite varied – from neon signs above stores in strip malls in the suburbs to fancy offices downtown. It’s easy to get lost in that world. What struck me about Mr. Bellissimo, when we first met, was his openness and candour. He told me that it would not be easy, and that it would require patience and determination. He clearly explained the process and discussed in detail various approaches. What followed was an exhaustive request for relevant documents for the visa application, documents that, quite frankly, I would have never considered. My Case Director, Keely Anderson, was relentless in her request for medical, legal, financial documents of every sort from both me and my fiancee. No stone was left unturned, from ensuring that legal stamps from Colombia were present on every document, to ensuring that they were officially translated into English from Spanish. The process took weeks, but the file was astounding in its scope. After various challenges, a concerted effort and the relentless pursuit of my legal team we finally obtained the visa. A few weeks later my visa was finally issued and my fiancee came to visit me in Canada. Now I am working closely with Mario and Keely for the remaining steps. Throughout this process the entire OBR team was creative, determined and completely professional. I felt that they were “in my corner” so to speak, from the get-go. I am so glad that they were with me these past months.” Sincerely, P.D.
“Hi Mario, This email is to say THANKS to you for your wonderful lectures. I want you to know that your lectures are awesome, one of the best I have ever attended. I have learned so much from you theoretically and practically. But I want to say this (and you may say this to your future students): The greatest thing that I take from the course and will have it with me for LIFE is the inspiration and the energy transpired to students from you – the empathetic and deliberate training that you showed to your students. AND that cannot be learned from anybody else. THANK YOU!” Eric Eng, B.A., MBA
