Last Tuesday, October 4th, more than 4 million viewers tuned in to watch the Toronto Blue Jay’s win over Baltimore Orioles to clinch a spot in the American League Division Series! The do-or-die wild-card game was Sportsnet’s most-watched program this year, with over 9 million Canadians watching at least some part of Tuesday’s broadcast.

The game, which was tied at 2-2, ended with Encarnacion’s 11th inning three-run home run, for a 5-2 win! This brings the Jays to face the Texas Rangers in Game 1 of ALDS today at 4:30 PM EST.  This series promises more drama! After all, it is a year after Jose Bautista’s legendary bat-flip against the Rangers in Game 5 of the 2015 division series. This is definitely a game you do not want to miss.

Go Jays Go!
