Despite the standard processing time posted on the IRCC website of 26 months for In-Canada Class Spousal Sponsorship Applications for Permanent Residence, we are happy to share that our client’s were approved much quicker. The applications, from filing the application to landing, were both processed in 17 months:

Application sent on 14 May 2015, applicant became a permanent resident on 21 October 2016

Application sent on 19 Feb 2015, applicant became a permanent resident 21 July 2016.
