Jessica Templeman

JTMs. Templeman is a graduate from the University of Toronto, where she received a BSc in psychology and criminology. She thereafter returned to the institution graduating in November 2013 with a MA in Criminology. Her thesis focused on changes to Canadian immigration legislation that bar certain applicants from accessing the Temporary Foreign Worker program. For this work she received the H.S. Thurston Fellowship in Policing and Organized Crime. Ms. Templeman is currently a PhD Candidate in Socio-Legal Studies at York University. Her research broadly focuses on the criminalization of immigration legislation. Ms. Templeman is currently the manager of Legal Research & Writing at our firm.
