Regulating Immigration Consultants
The Minister of Citizenship, Immigration and Multiculturalism is now encouraging submissions from candidates who are interesting in acting as a governing body who will be responsible for the regulation of immigration consultants.
Candidates must demonstrate the ability to effectively regulate in the public interest in order to maintain the integrity of the immigration system as well as enhance the faith of the public in the immigration process. Their primary focus must be to ensure that the public is being served by honorable and competent consultants.
