Stress Management in the Workplace

If you just left a tense meeting or are feeling overwhelmed and need to clear your head – a few minutes of deep breathing will restore balance. Simply inhale for five seconds, hold and exhale in equal counts through the nose.
Eating badly will also stress your system – it is advised that eating a low sugar and high-protein diet can help with this as well.
