In case the classic fries, gravy, and cheese curds mix was not enough to satisfy your craving, St.Louis Bar and Grill is hosing a Design Your Own Poutine event. Currently taking place at various locations in Toronto, it will run until January 31st.

Foodies will be able to customize their own poutine, with tons of toppings to choose from. If you think you put together a masterpiece, make sure to snap a picture and showcase it on social media with the hashtag #mypoutine.
