]]> The landscape of Canadian immigration has undergone fundamental change over the last several years.  To reflect the evolution of this system, Mr. Bellissimo has made significant updates to his publication previously entitled Immigration, Criminality and Inadmissibility. The second edition Canadian Citizenship and Immigration Inadmissibility Law, is a comprehensive two volume publication with expanded analysis of ongoing amendments to the legislation and the most recent leading case law.  The publication also includes four new chapters on the following areas of growing importance in Canadian immigration law: medical inadmissibility, financial inadmissibility, collateral consequences and misrepresentation.
