What can be more thrilling than welcoming the New Year with the Winter Classic, you may ask? The answer: knowing that Canada’s own, Montreal Canadiens, will be taking on the Boston Bruins, which is sure to be an interesting and intense game!

The 2016 Winter Classic will be hosted at the Gillette Stadium, home to the NFL’s (National Football League) New England Patriots, in Massachusetts. The commencement of the ice rink construction is well underway, by this afternoon the pans and boards will be in place!
