										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>A young man who had received a qualifying (LMIA based) job offer from a Canadian employer, approached us for assistance with his permanent residence and work permit applications.  Unfortunately, having previously submitted applications which were returned unprocessed and refused, he had inadvertently worked without authorization and lost his status in Canada.</p>
