										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>We were recently retained by several clients in Saskatchewan who had their Provincial Nominee certificates revoked well after they had been issued and the clients Permanent Resident Applications were in process. The case presented many challenges, including jurisdictional issues, as we had opened cases against the Minister of Citizenship and Immigration as well as the Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program with the assistance of a lawyer in Saskatchewan.
