Daman Saini

Immigration Lawyer

Daman graduated with First Class Honours from University of Leicester in 2017, earning a LL.B. While in law school, Daman volunteered at the Pro Bono Legal Advice Clinic as an advisor and deputy director, assisting students and members of the community. She completed her Masters of Law in Common Law from University of British Columbia in 2021. Being an immigrant herself, Daman has experienced firsthand the struggles and challenges of the immigration process and is passionate about assisting those looking to relocate to Canada by making their journey as seamless as possible.

Prior to joining Bellissimo Law Group PC, Daman completed the Law Practice Program and worked as a student-at-law at a private family law firm. During her Masters, she also worked with an immigration consultancy firm where she gained experience in Canadian immigration law by working on a variety of matters including temporary and permanent residence. She is also currently volunteering for the CBA Immigration Law Section’s Social Media Committee as their Social Media Coordinator.
