Justin Toh earned his J.D. from Osgoode Hall Law School after obtaining his B.A. (Hons) in Psychology at the University of Western Ontario. He assists clients with inadmissibility issues, refugee litigation, and humanitarian relief. Justin serves on two committees of the Canadian Association of Refugee Lawyers, holds membership in the Refugee Lawyers’ Association, and volunteers with the Refugee Sponsorship Support Program. Justin also previously worked with Parkdale Community Legal Services, and performed research on internal human rights violations with the Foundation for Human Rights Initiative and the United Nations Special Rapporteur on the Right to Food. He is fluent in French.” He is passionate in his advocacy and works tirelessly on behalf of our clients.
