We were thrilled to receive a positive result on a complex spousal sponsorship appeal involving a long immigration history. In this case, the strength of the evidence made all the difference. With extensive documentation filed to explain the Applicant’s complicated past and corroborate the genuine nature of this relationship, the Minister consented to allowing the appeal.
