Super Visa Approved Within 2 Weeks Despite Previous Refusal

Posted by admin - Bellissimo Law Group PC

Prior to retaining our office, our client’s son had submitted a super visa application on her behalf but failed to disclose her multiple refusals for US visas. A year into the process, she received a Procedural Fairness Letter (“PFL”) alleging that she had misrepresented on her application. Despite their honest response with updated forms, the application was refused. Juggling two jobs and parenting two young children, the son wished his mother to come to Canada as soon as possible to assist with family and household responsibilities.

Recognizing the complexity of the situation, our office was retained for re-applying. We prepared the application diligently: after a thorough review of all her previous applications, ATIP results, and correspondences with IRCC, we ensured every mandatory document was provided, forms were accurately completed with all immigration history fully disclosed, and a detailed legal submission was crafted to bolster the application. With processing times averaging nearly 300 days, this application was approved in less than 2 weeks! We are very delighted with the result given the effort and hard work both our client and our office had put into the application. We wish our client and her family all the best!
