Using Temporary Foreign Worker Programs (TFWP) to tackle Labour Shortage in Canada

Our office is currently retained to assist a Canadian employer bring foreign workers to deal with the ongoing labour shortage in the Canadian mining industry. Upon receiving a positive Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA), we continued working closely with the employer and foreign workers in preparing their work permit applications.

Within just three weeks, the work permit applications for two workers have already been approved. The employer is very pleased that the foreign workers can start working right away, just in time for the busier months! We are thrilled about the timely approval and are continuing to work diligently to help the employer bring more foreign workers to Canada.
