CBA offers critique of Bill C-10 to Parliamentary committee

Members,

The Canadian Bar Association has made submissions expressing serious concerns about Bill C-10, Safe Streets and Communities Act.

This CBA critique of Bill C-10, which is nearly 100-pages, was a joint submission by the National Criminal Justice Section, the National Immigration Law Section and the National Civil Litigation Law Section.
