Mario D. Bellissimo Discusses Ghost Representation in LawTimes!

Last week, Mario D. Bellissimo was quoted in the LawTimes, where he discussed the issue of “ghost representation.” As a former president of Canadian Bar Association’s national immigration law section, Mario Bellissimo stressed how despite noticeable improvements since 2011, after Bill C-35 was passed, the problem of unauthorized consultants still exists and “has devastating effects for the people caught up in it.”
