Mario D. Bellissimo has been featured in an article written by Peter Mazereeuw for The Hill Times. Titled “Feds consulting on two-tiered immigration processing”, it explores the changes coming to immigration this fall. These include having applicants be able to pay for expedited processing. According to Mr. Bellissimo, this would allow for the application process in general to be sped-up.
