New Canadian Media interviews Mario Bellissimo on CBSA’s recent arrest of an Indian visa agent
Last month, as IRCC made announcements to relieve scammed students of potential deportation orders, CBSA arrested Brijesh Mishra in British Columbia on June 14th and a week later on June 23rd, charged him with allegedly providing international students with fake acceptance letters from universities and colleges.
Mario Bellissimo was interviewed by New Canadian Media to provide his legal expertise on Mishra’s status in Canada, CBSA’s investigation, and the developments in the case thus far.
