SKILLED WORKER STREAM

• Have a permanent full-time job offer in an eligible occupation
• Have a minimum of two-year work experience related to the position
• Have the qualifications, training, transferable skills, and licensing or accreditation required

FAMILY BUSINESS WORKER STREAM

• Have the skills, work experience and any license required for the position
• Have the equivalent of Canadian Grade 12 education
• Has legal status in their country of residence
