Upcoming Events in Toronto!

We may be halfway through the summer, but there are still many events coming Toronto’s way in the next month! Make the most of your summer, take a look at the list below for some (but not limited to) of the events taking place throughout the month of August!

Parapan Am Games – Although the Pan Am Games have come to a close, the Parapan Am Games are just about to start! Scotiabank Caribbean Carnival – Enjoy a variety of Caribbean music, cuisine, visual and performing arts, and much more! The festival commenced on July 7th and will end on August 2nd. The highlight of the festival and the event that everyone looks forward to, the Grand Parade, will take place on August 1st. Krinos Taste of the Danforth – Do you like Greek food? Well, you are in luck! On August 7th to August 9th the Taste of the Danforth, which occurs every summer, gives people the opportunity to immerse themselves in the Greek culture. For more information, please click here.

Canadian National Exhibition (The CNE) – At the end of every summer The CNE offers a variety of experiences for all to enjoy such as classic fair foods, games, activities, concerts, performances, a three day air show, and much more! This year The Ex will commence on August 21st and run through to September 7th. For more information, please click here.

Rogers Cup – From August 8th to 16th the best female tennis players from around the world will be coming to Toronto to compete for the Rogers Cup. For more information, please click here.
